No real update this time out. Just added some links to bands that I think are awesome.
First up, oh my god. These cats put on one of the most entertaining shows I have ever seen. The tunes are catchy as herpes, too. How can you hate on a band that has an album called "You're Too Straight To Love Me"? Then, we have The Zyklon Bees. I'll accept no guff about their name. To paraphrase Johnny (the lead singer), "It's almost offensive, but not quite." Anyway, these cats kick ass. Total hot-rod rocknroll ass. And, Johnny's one of my friends. Thirdly, Strawberry Burns. They sound a lot like Weezer and Fountains of Wayne, and I think that's just great. There's no shame in writing catchy pop songs. Brock (the drummer) and Pat (the bassist) are also friends of mine. Plus, they want to do a show in Beatrice, and, man, that ain't bad. One last link going out to Lone Prarie Records. It's my friend Eric's distribution label. Check out the radio station.
