My mom is hooked on The Disney Channel. Boy Meets World, The Proud Family, Sister, Sister, and, mostly, Even Stevens. My question is this: When did The Disney Channel become America's #1 Spot for jailbait? Are they having a contest with ABC Family Channel or something? 'Tain't right, I tells ya.
