Just saw Bowling for Columbine. If you haven't seen it yet, do so. Now. Get off the damn internet and see it.
It is enraging. Absolutely enraging. There is something deeply and profoundly wrong with America. Things need to change, and change in a hurry. Not Constitutionally, but elsewhere. As a side-note, I also saw The Matrix: Revolutions. I'm not sure if I liked it or not. There were some things that I thought were fantastic, and other things that made me laugh. It's almost like... no, it is like the original Matrix and the sequels are two seperate things with little to do with one another. There is a dramatic tone shift between the two films. (I think I'm right in considering Reloaded and Revolutions to be one movie.) If you're going to see the latest, then, by all means do so. The special effects are better, and there's no Dance Party USA. However, there is the least subtle Christ-symbology ever. Also, if you're going to see it, it helps if you didn't forget the last 20-minutes or so of Reloaded, like I did. Whoops. Comments by: YACCS |
