Just a quick word to those of you who may or may not have been concerned by the recent Daily Downer tone of my updates: Don't worry. It's just me throwing off steam, venting the bad noise, and trying to clear my head. You don't actually have to worry about seeing a movie (a series of vignettes, really) featuring, among other things, Chris Burke walking down the street in nothing but Depends undergarments, with a bowl of noodles upside-down on his head, listening to Beethoven and giving Tha Finga to passers-by. See, he's wearing Depends because he's celebrating his "In Depends Day".
--- Christmas is coming, and, for the second year in a row, I have my Uncle Alan's name in the gift-buying-thing that my family does. Uncle Alan likes gadgets and books. I think I have a book in mind, but, as far as gadgets go, I'm at a loss. Anyone have any good suggestions? Something shiny that looks hella cool, but really isn't that useful would be ideal, methinks. If you're looking for something for, say, a 26-year-old blogger who lives in Nebraska and is fond of "rawking" and whatnot, I suggest that you go here. If that doesn't work, you should still go to Amazon and do a search for Grant Bennett. I'm just saying is all. Comments by: YACCS |
