What the hell is this? Friggin' famous people dying week? Dudley Moore, Milton Berle and Billy Wilder? Crap, man. I have a feeeling that it's gonna be either Bob Hope or The Pope next.
Dudley Moore -- never really saw anything he was in, but, I guess he was good. With him, however, it was just a matter of time. Milton Berle -- again, never actually saw much of his stuff, but, from what I did see, the man was a damn genius. It's always sad when one of the old greats dies. Red Skelton, Lucy Ball, George Burns -- the ones who started off in Vaudeville and were able to keep going. It's a damn shame when they die. Billy Wilder -- Made some damn fine sex-farces. But, actually, I thought he was already dead. Again, a good guy dying. I'm tired. Go see Panic Room. Comments by: YACCS |
