What the hell happened to rocknroll? Just listened to Sonic Youth's "Kool Thing", and it made me kinda sad. What are the future hepcats gonna listen to in this daynage? Linkin Park? Puh-leez. Rocknroll needs help, and needs it bad. It needs a bambulance.
Maybe I'm just jaded. I'm sure that there's good stuff happening in the underground. There must be. TMBG is still good. Ween is good. Rollins has new life, which is very good. I feel like making lists right now. It's my blog, so, cram it with walnuts, ugly! Bands I Like
It might be a side-effect of Paxil, or it might just be frustration, but, lately when I leave work, I am filled with rage. The drive home is nearly unbearable. Its like traffic is conspiring against me. I shouldn't drive in an urban area. Comments by: YACCS |
